		<description><![CDATA[The biggest problem I found with the problem is there seemed to be no way to select a large number of messages to undelete.  You had to click the individual check boxes by each message.<br><br>I had over 8000 messages to recover, so this took hours.  While the recovery did take place, I decided not to purchase the product because it took too long to select all the messages.<br><br>Thanks for letting me try it.<br><br>Michael]]></description>
